Hi everyone,

Over the past 6-8 weeks, I’ve received feedback from many of you regarding delays in apparel orders. In the interest of full transparency, I wanted to share an update, including this email from my printing partners at Amaze Holding Company LLC, doing business as Spring. As a small business owner, these delays have been incredibly frustrating—not just for me, but for any of you who have been waiting on your orders. What’s been especially difficult is that all refunds come out of my pocket directly as the “little guy,” while the delays are due to issues on the printers’ end. This is particularly challenging during the holiday season when so many sales take place.

That said, I want to reassure everyone that these delays only affect our apparel "Darkwear" orders and do not impact our digital design or marketing clients.

 I’m actively exploring new partnership options to avoid situations like this. In the meantime, I want to sincerely thank all of you for being so patient and understanding. Your support means the world to me, especially during times like this, and I deeply appreciate your kindness.
